BDK MINT offers a full-service hanbok experience tailored to each individual and style with our almost forty-year experience.
We handle the hanbok-making process from the beginning to the very end.
THE HANBOK PROCESS:
consultation
Schedule an in-person or virtual appointment with us. We will explore together to figure out your style and help you design your perfect hanbok. You will be able to see all of the beautiful fabrics and colors at this time.
measurements
Once your selection is made, you will get measured by us to guarantee the perfect fit. In the case of a virtual appointment, we will guide you in taking precise measurements.
creation + completion
We begin to create your hanbok right in our shop. Once it is ready, your custom-made hanbok will be either ready for pick up or shipped to your home!
PAEBAEK EVENTS + RENTALS
This Korean ceremony will be the perfect addition to your wedding day. Immerse your family and friends in our Korean culture by sharing the Paebaek (also spelled Pyebaek, 폐백) ceremony.
From the day you contact us, we begin to meticulously plan for your event from scheduling, logistics, and information for you and your participating family members so that everyone is well-informed on what the Paebaek will exactly entail.
Paebaek three-day rentals are also available for our couples who would like to do it on their own.
