Our Day-of-Coordination services begin at $3,000:

A month before your big day, we will take over all preparations, tying up any loose ends and ensuring every detail is in place. We will transform everything you have planned so far into a seamless roadmap for your wedding. On your wedding day, all you need to do is relax and enjoy one of the most iconic days of your life!

        • One site walk-through at the event venue(s) before event date to review ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception floor plans including contingency plans, timeline & final details
        • Up to one hour wedding rehearsal
        • Unlimited contact via phone and email to answer questions, offer advice, and share knowledge related to event preparations from contract sign date
        • Production of wedding day timeline from start to finish
        • Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs
        • Facilitating a smooth flow between all moving parts of the wedding day
        • Up to 8 hours of coordination on the day of the wedding coverage
        • One planner and one event assistant
        • Overseeing proper setup and breakdown for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

Our partial wedding planning services begin at $4,500 and include (but not limited to):

From the initial consultation to the big day, we'll take care of everything, allowing you to focus on what matters most. We provide support and guidance throughout the entire planning process, ensuring a stress-free experience. Let us turn your dream wedding into a reality!
