If you are planning a wedding and want a committed, organized, and super-attention-to-detail coordinator, we are here to help you! Your wedding should be about what matters to you as a couple-- not what's dedicated to trends. Our mission is to help you create your day in a truly unique way.

Our Day of Coordination services begin at $1,200 and include (but not limited to):

        • One in-person consultation
        • One site walk-through at the event venue(s)
        • Up to one hour wedding rehearsal
        • Unlimited contact via phone and email from the time of contract
        • Production of wedding day timeline from start to finish
        • Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs
        • Facilitating a smooth flow between all moving parts of the wedding day
        • Distributing gratuities and final payments to vendors, as needed
        • Up to 8 hours of coordination on the day of the wedding coverage
        • One event assistant
        • Overseeing proper setup and breakdown for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception

Our wedding planning services begin at $3,500 and include (but not limited to):

        • Recommend/secure vendors in accordance with event budget and style
        • Schedule vendor meetings and interviews
        • Attend site visit(s) with clients to establish the event style, direction, and flow
        • Face-to-face meetings, phone and email communication/advice
        • Guidance on wedding etiquette
        • Review vendor contracts
        • Décor conceptualization and coordinate overall event vision and design
        • Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs
        • Create a complete planning timeline for the couple
        • Coordinate aspect of rehearsal dinner (including but not limited to site scouting and décor design)
        • Day of Coordination service-- Up to 10 hours of coordination on the day of the wedding
        • One event assistant
